Kristi's expertise extends to various mental health issues and disorders, including Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Trauma (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression, and Grief Counseling.

Kristi previously acted as California Autism Foundation’s Clinical Director, working with adults diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, autism, and/or psychiatric disorders. Within the state of Ohio, she has operated as a Program Director for the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.

Kristi has a broad range of therapeutic skills and approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
